Alexandra Gambin has been dancing since she was three years old, when she was enrolled in her first ballet class. Since then, she has pursued her passion for dance by becoming skilled in various genres of dance like contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, jazz, and acro. She trained at Roxy Performing Arts Center located in Miami, Florida under the direction of Jillian Torgas-Leyva, and was also the Captain of her high school’s dance team the Sabrettes under the direction of Sahara Muñoz.
She is currently a student at the University of Florida receiving a Bachelor’s in Health Education and Behavior with hopes of going to nursing school in the future. She is also a participating member of the student-run organization the Danza Dance Company, and the Florida Gators Dazzlers coached by Madeline Soave at UF. Alexandra cannot wait to further enrich her students’ passion for dance by sharing hers, and is very eager to work with such an amazing group of people!
